WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags From Malaysia: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 7 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that polyethylene retail carrier bags (PRCBs) from Malaysia were not sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024.
