WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Organic Soybean Meal From India: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2023.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 26 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain exporters/producers of organic soybean meal from India received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
