INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: METHYLENE DIPHENYL DIISOCYANATE FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA: AMENDED FINAL DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE AND ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER

WASHINGTON, June 25 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate From the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Antidumping Duty Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 25 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.

Summary: Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing an antidumping duty (AD) order on methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) from the People's Republic of China (China).
