WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes From Japan: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 16 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for for Enforcement and Compliance.
