WASHINGTON, July 23 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes From Japan: Antidumping Duty Order.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 23 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: Based on affirmative final determination by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing the antidumping duty (AD) order on lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan.
