WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Hard Empty Capsules From Brazil, the People's Republic of China, India, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Antidumping Duty Orders.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 23 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
