WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From Ecuador: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Expedited Review.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 6 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain producers/exporters of frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.
