WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Fresh Tomatoes From Mexico: Final Clarification of the Scope of the Antidumping Duty Order.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 18 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: On December 22, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) issued a proposed clarification of the scope of the antidumping duty (AD) order on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. Based on comments from interested parties, Commerce has further clarified the scope of this order.
