WASHINGTON, April 15 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Forged Steel Fittings From India and the Republic of Korea: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 15 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on forged steel fittings from India and the Republic of Korea (Korea) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
