WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Finished Carbon Steel Flanges From Spain: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 22 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that finished carbon steel flanges (flanges) from Spain were not sold in the United States at prices below normal value. The period of review (POR) is June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
