WASHINGTON, April 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe From Taiwan: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 29 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (CWP) from Taiwan for the period of review (POR) November 1, 2024, through October 31, 2025.
