WASHINGTON, Oct. 6 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Uncoated Paper From Portugal: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 6 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that The Navigator Company, S.A (Navigator), the only producer/exporter subject to this review, made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025.
