WASHINGTON, May 14 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Quartz Surface Products From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 14 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain quartz surface products from the People's Republic of China (China). The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
