WASHINGTON, Oct. 9 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Paper Shopping Bags From Cambodia: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 9 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain paper shopping bags (paper shopping bags) from Cambodia were sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), January 3, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
