WASHINGTON, July 10 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Paper Plates From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 10 by Christian L. Bush, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations.
