WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Paper Plates From the People's Republic of China: Initiation of Circumvention Inquires on the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 22 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
