INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: CERTAIN MONOMERS AND OLIGOMERS FROM THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA: ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER

WASHINGTON, July 28 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Monomers and Oligomers From the Republic of Korea: Antidumping Duty Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 28 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing an antidumping duty (AD) order on certain monomers and oligomers (monomers and oligomers) from the Republic of Korea (Korea).
