WASHINGTON, Oct. 6 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From Thailand: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2024-2025.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 6 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from Thailand at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025.
