WASHINGTON, May 20 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Crepe Paper Products From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited Fourth Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 20 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain crepe paper products from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.
