WASHINGTON, April 16 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Aluminum Foil From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 16 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain producers and/or exporters made sales of certain aluminum foil (aluminum foil) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.
