INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: ACTIVE ANODE MATERIAL FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA: FINAL AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE

WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Active Anode Material From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 17 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
