BH4 Group:Participants will receive standard wound care according to wound etiology plus topical treatment with 1 mg/mL BH4 solution. After wound cleansing and any necessary debridement and hemostasis, sterile gauze fully saturated with the BH4 solution will be applied over the entire target wound bed and extend 0.5-1 cm beyond the wou...
