Control Group:Receive matching placebo once daily for 14 consecutive days, with warm water. The placebo is identical in appearance, preparation method and taste to the test products.
Low-dose Group:Receive the test powder containing 1.0x10^10 CFU of Lc19 strain once daily for 14 consecutive days, with warm water.
