WASHINGTON, March 18 -- Internal Revenue Service has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Requesting Comment on Application for Central Withholding Agreement; Directed Withholding and Deposit Verification; IRS Secure Messaging Taxpayer Agreement and Disclosure Authorization to Designated Users.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 18 by Jason M. Schoonmaker, Tax Analyst.
