BLACKSBURG, Va., April 16 -- Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University issued the following news release:
Nicholas "Nick" Xavier Kuehn, a junior in the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business, passed away on March 29. He was 19 years old.
Born in Burlington, North Carolina, Nick was pursuing a degree in cybersecurity management and analytics and was a member of the Securitas Living Learning Community. He excelled in his courses and made dean's list multiple semesters. His passion for cybersecurity started at Fauquier High School, where he earned an advanced diploma with highest honors and completed a Cybersecurity Academy with honors.
