ON SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM'S LEGACY:
"Everybody loved being around Lindsey. He was a patriot, he cared about this country, he cared about every American and our safety. He cared about our allies. He knew there was good in the world. He knew that Putin, Xi, the Ayatollah, and Kim Jong Un are evil and we're the good guys. He's a big loss and whoever takes his place, it's going to be really hard to fill his shoes.
