BOSTON - A Brazilian national, residing in Braintree, has been arrested and charged with knowingly transferring a false identification document.
Romulo Ferreira De Oliveira, 39,is charged with two counts of knowingly transferring a false identification document. Ferreira De Oliveira appeared in federal court in Boston on Oct. 13, 2026. A detention hearing is scheduled for Oct. 16, 2026.
According to the charging documents, on two separate dates in July 2026, Ferreira De Oliveira allegedly sold fraudulent identification documents to a confidential informant ("CI") in exchange for money. It is alle...
