WASHINGTON - The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the following statement after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer asking Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger and her fellow sanctuary politicians to not release a criminal illegal alien who faces more than 20 charges related to child pornography.
According to local reporting, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office arrested the suspect, Jorge Gilberto Zamorano-Burciaga, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, on August 12 in Rocky Mount after an investigation....
