Sen. Jon Husted (R-Ohio) joined Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.), Ted Budd (R-N.C.) and Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) on the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act. The bill would prohibit the Federal Reserve from issuing a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).
