U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13), Chair of the New Democrat Coalition Housing Task Force, announced that she has led a group of NDC members in submitting a comment in response to a proposed rulemaking from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that would impose strict time limits and work requirements on residents who rely on federal assistance to access stable housing.
