SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - A Honduran national pleaded guilty before Federal Chief Magistrate Judge Willie J. Epps, Jr., to the sole count of the indictment charging him with illegally reentering the United States after being previously deported.
Fredy Rolando Rivera-Gonzalez, 31, pleaded guilty to illegal reentry by a previously deported alien, who had been previously convicted of another felony offense.
