Summary: Through the Supporting Healthy Start Performance Project cooperative agreement (HRSA-24-038), HRSA provides funding to the National Institute for Children's Health Quality (NICHQ) to provide technical assistance and support to Healthy Start Initiative (Healthy Start) award recipients.
