Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger (R-TN) today announced nearly $2 million in new federal funding for Tennessee's First Congressional District through the U.S. Department of Education's Talent Search and Educational Opportunity Centers programs, which help low-income and first-generation students prepare for and complete college.
