Atlanta, July 7 -- HARRIS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS has issued a solicitation notice (PE-79000-NONST-2027-000000017) titled ‘Road Resurfacing’. Notably, the event starts on July 6 and ends on July 30.
Further, the description states, “Harris County is accepting bids for the resurfacing of Nine (9) County roads, a total distance of 5.35 miles to include traffic control, tack, leveling, turnouts, asphalt, shoulder work, grassing and striping. Bid documents are attached. Project is to be completed on or before by October 30, 2026, and must conform to DOT specs.
