Congressman Brett Guthrie (KY-02) issued the following statement after the final passage of H.R. 7178, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2026. This bill included funding for the final two of 13 total community projects requested by Congressman Guthrie, totaling $76.65 million in funding for projects across the Second District.
