Congressman Guthrie (KY-02) issued the following statement celebrating the Health Resources & Services Administration's (HRSA) announcement that Muhlenberg Community Hospital and Owensboro Twin Lakes Medical Center were each awarded $187,569 in federal grant funding as a part of the Rural Hospital Provider Assistance Program (RHPA).
