In accordance with H.R. 6938, the Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act of 2026., the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) will deliver federal funds that U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) helped secure for Virginia's Ninth District.
