WASHINGTON, March 17 -- Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation has issued a rule called: Seaway Regulations and Rules: Periodic Update, Various Categories.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 17 by Donna O'Berry, Chief Counsel.
Summary: The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) and the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation (SLSMC) of Canada, under international agreement, jointly publish and presently administer the St. Lawrence Seaway Regulations and Rules (Practices and Procedures in Canada) in their respective jurisdictions.
