GRASSLEY WELCOMES STARS OF VALOR VETERANS FELLOW TO U.S. SENATE STAFF

BUTLER COUNTY, IOWA, July 9 -- Sen. Chuck Grassley issued the following news release:

U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) announced Johnathon Remster of Marshalltown has joined his state staff as a veterans fellow under the U.S. Senate's Stars of Valor Veterans Fellowship program.

Remster, an Iowa Army National Guard veteran is based out of Grassley's Des Moines office. He works directly with Iowa veterans and serves as a liaison with Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs) and other veterans service providers. In addition to attending local events, Remster helps Iowa veterans navigate federal agencies and facilitates connections with healthcare services, employment opportunities and other community resources.
