Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), co-founder of the Senate Whistleblower Protection Caucus, has successfully secured new employment and a financial settlement for a whistleblower who was severely retaliated against by the Biden administration's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Whistleblower Afolabi Siwajuola came forward to report the ATF's illegal misclassification scheme (https://www.grassley.senate.gov/news/news-releases/grassley-ernst-leverage-newly-obtained-records-on-atfs-unlawful-misclassification-scandal-to-seek-answers-accountability) and improper hiring practices, which cost taxpayers at least $20 million.
