U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) this week attended the groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of the construction to replace multiple bridges on I-95 that stretch across Lake Marion. Graham joined Governor Henry McMaster, U.S. Congressman James Clyburn (D-South Carolina) and officials from the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration.
