ATLANTA- Governor Brian P. Kemp today announced that Authority Brands, a portfolio of well-known home-service brands, will establish its new headquarters -- known as the Franchisee Success Center -- in Cobb County, creating 390 new jobs and investing $13 million over the next several years.
