GET TRAINED IN MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID THIS SUMMER

BELLINGHAM, Wash., June 25 -- Western Washington University issued the following news release:

Free Mental Health First Aid trainings are available this summer for all WWU departments. Whether you work directly with students or help support the campus community, this training can help you prepare to better support students, colleagues, and community members who may be struggling.

This mental health training, designed for higher education, teaches staff and faculty how to recognize and respond to mental health or substance use challenges through interactive activities and discussion-based learning.
