FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., July 6 -- The University of Arkansas issued the following news release:
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NWARPC) announced on June 15 the establishment of the Arkansas Tri-Region E-Bike Voucher Program. This program is funded by the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant, funded through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
This program will assist individuals interested in purchasing electric bicycles by providing vouchers to eligible tri-region residents. The program is expected to support nearly 6,000 participants by providing vouchers that range from $700 to $1,200. Applications will be accepted beginning today, July 6,at 9 a.m.
