WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- General Services Administration has issued a rule called: Federal Management Regulation; Aligning the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) With the Administration's Deregulatory Priorities.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 16 by Larry Allen, Associate Administrator, Office of Government-wide Policy.
Summary: GSA is issuing a final rule to streamline and update multiple parts of the FMR to ensure adherence to statutory requirements and improve the effectiveness of the management of aviation, Federal advisory committees, mail, motor vehicles, personal property, real property, and transportation.
