NASHVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 18 -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued the following news release:
JACKSON COUNTY-Special agents assigned to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Investigation Division have charged a Gainesboroman in connection to an ongoing child exploitation case.
In May, at the request of 15th Judicial District Attorney General Jason Lawson, TBI special agents began investigating allegations of aggravated sexual battery involving Johnny Baldwin (DOB 7/22/1982).
On June 5th, Baldwin was arrested and charged with one count of Aggravated Sexual Battery. Deputies with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office booked him into the Jackson County Jail.
