U.S. Senator Susan Collins, Chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced that she secured Congressionally Directed Spending for two critical infrastructure and flood mitigation projects in Maine in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Homeland Security Appropriations bill.
