For fourth-year Uniformed Services University (USU) Navy medical student Ensign Elisabeth Kaza, pushing physical and mental limits is nothing new. Just weeks before her upcoming graduation from the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine, Kaza completed one of the most demanding endurance events in the world: an Ironman triathlon.
