WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Forest Service has issued a notice called: Information Collection: State Forest Law and Policy.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 13 by Valerie Hipkins, Deputy Chief, Research and Development.
Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Forest Service is seeking comments from all interested individuals and organizations on a new information collection request (ICR), State Forest Law and Policy (OMB 0596-NEW). This collection will obtain information regarding how States and U.S. Territories regulate and incentivize forest management on private and State lands.
