WASHINGTON, April 17 -- Forest Service has issued a notice called: Flathead National Forest; Montana; Mid-Swan Landscape Restoration & Wildland Urban Interface Fuels Project; Withdrawal.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 17 by John W. Crockett, Deputy Chief State, Private, and Tribal Forestry, National Forest System.
Summary: The Flathead National Forest is withdrawing its notice of intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), along with the resulting draft EIS, final EIS and draft Record of Decision (ROD) for the Mid-Swan Landscape Restoration and Wildland Urban Interface Fuels Project.
